Meatloaf Recipe




  • 2 lbs. organic grass-fed ground beef
  • 1/2 medium organic onion, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 large organic carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 organic celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 1/2 organic green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt
  • 2 organic pastured eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup homemade ketchup

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Grease loaf pan with coconut oil.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the ketchup and mix gently by hand.
  4. Place meatloaf mixture into the greased loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. After 30 minutes, remove meatloaf from the oven and top with the ketchup.
  6. Place back into the oven for an additional 30 minutes or until no longer pink.
  7. Cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
