Very Easy Delicious Crock Pot Cooking
2 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/4 cup of stir-fry sauce
1 oz package of dry stir-fry seasoning mix
2 1/2 cups coleslaw mix from 16 oz package
10 kaiser rolls split
Spray a 3 1/2 - 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chicken in slow cooker. In a small bowl mix ketchup, sir-fry sauce and seasoning mix, then pour over chicken. cover and cook on low heat 6-7 hours.
Remove chicken when done to plate and shred chicken, using a fork. Return chicken to slow cooker; sir to coat with sauce.. To sever spoon 1/4 coleslaw mix on to each bun bottom. With a slotted spoon, spoon chicken mixture over coleslaw and clover with roll tops. Serve hot, makes 8- 10 sandwiches
